Sites: VERY tight. Gravel or dirt/grass. It takes quite a bit of maneuvering to fit into some spaces.
Hook ups: FHU Some 30amp some 50amp for higher rate.
Bathrooms: Did not check
Laundry: Looks ok, only peeked in
Pets: Very pet friendly. Lots of area to walk dogs. Check your dogs' paws nightly for cheatgrass/foxtails. Nasty. See my previous post about cheatgrass.
WiFi: Free, but very slow.
Verizon Internet: Worked well
Sprint Internet: Worked well.
Verizon cell: Good reception
AT&T cell: Good reception
Book Exchange: no
Activities: No planned activities at the park, but lots going on in town and of course the marina and water activities.
Mail delivery accepted: No
Area/Town/Sights: Almost everything is within walking distance of the park. That is the main reason for 4 stars. The sites are pretty terrible and tight, but the view, the convenience of multiple restaurants and shopping is priceless.
