RV PARK REVIEW: Tahoe Valley RV Park - S. Lake Tahoe, CA

RV PARK REVIEW:
May 2 - 6, 2013 (5 days)
Tahoe Valley Campground, South Lake Tahoe, CA
Site#  198  Price: $46.50/night
Our rating 4 out of 5
This is a Thousand Trails Park, but we are not members.
Since we were here in early May, the park was almost empty, making for a very pleasurable stay.
This park is about 3 miles from the shore of Lake Tahoe.
SITES: FHU. Shaded with pine trees. Fair sized sites that are staggered so not so bad. Only some sites can have campfires.

BATHROOMS: Did not look
LAUNDRY: Quite a few machines, but somewhat dirty.
PETS: Pets allowed
WIFI: Yes, fair
VERIZON INTERNET: Very Good
SPRINT INTERNET: Very Good
VERIZON PHONE: good
AT&T PHONE: Good
BOOK EXCHANGE: Very small book exchange in laundry.
MAIL DELIVERY ACCEPTED: Yes
AREA/TOWN/SIGHTS: Beautiful Lake Tahoe. Lots of restaurants and hiking. But early May is still early in the season. Many roads & parks still closed.
